No worries — that's exactly why we're here. For yards that haven't been cleaned in a while, there's a one-time first-visit fee to account for the extra time and labor. You'll see that reflected transparently in your quote. After the first visit, you're on regular pricing.

Nope. We just need gate access. You'll get a text when we're on our way and a gate photo when we're done. If your gate is locked, just let us know and we'll coordinate a code or key drop.

We bag everything and take it with us — your trash cans stay clean. We also disinfect our equipment with kennel-grade sanitizer between every yard to prevent cross-contamination. Your yard, your neighbors' yards — everyone stays clean.

Yes. We use pet-safe, enzyme-based deodorizer that neutralizes odors at the source without harsh chemicals. Safe for dogs, kids, and grass. Your first deodorizer session each month is included free with any plan.

Absolutely. For high-frequency needs — commercial properties, kennels, or large multi-dog households — just text or call us and we'll build a custom schedule and price. There's no upper limit to how often we can come out.
