2025 Service Terms & Responsibilities
Access to Your Yard
Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the yard.
If access is blocked and you're not home, we’ll attempt to contact you and worst case we'll look to reschedule asap.
If we are unable to complete service due to access and are unable to reschedule due to customer unavailability, customer is responsible for payment of the service.
Waste Disposal Policy
Residential Services:
Customers must provide a designated trash space (e.g., trash bin, dumpster, or compost area) for pet waste disposal.
Our team securely bags waste and places it in the designated space.
Commercial Services or Special Circumstances:
For commercial properties or when a designated trash space is unavailable, we offer waste disposal through local facilities.
Additional fees may apply based on volume and frequency.
Environmental Considerations:
All waste is disposed of responsibly in compliance with local waste management regulations.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule we can coordinate with you on a different cleanup day that aligns with your schedule.
The sooner you notify us the better chance we have of securing a preferred slot.
Weather Policy
Hazardous weather may delay service. Missed cleanups will either be rescheduled or credited on your next invoice.
Liability
Please notify us promptly of changes in the number of pets or if payment details need updating.
We are not responsible for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property.
Billing & Payments
Service is paid monthly at the start.
Customer fees and promotions are subject to change at any time.
Monthly payments are due after the first service of the month.
